About Platinum and Fur Busters

Fur Busters Wildlife Removal is our sister company. They handle raccoons, squirrels, bats, skunks, opossums and groundhogs across Northern Illinois and Southeast Wisconsin — humane removal, exclusion work, and repair of the damage animals leave behind.

When Fur Busters seals a home, that exclusion work comes with a warranty. Platinum folds the renewal of that warranty into your monthly pest plan, so you're not paying it separately, and puts you at the front of the line if wildlife ever comes back.

Platinum plans are available to current Fur Busters wildlife customers. If you haven't had wildlife work done and you think you might need it, start there — a technician will tell you straight whether you have a wildlife problem or a rodent problem. They're not the same thing, and they don't get solved the same way.

Call Fur Busters Wildlife Removal at (224) 431-7956.

Only From Final Call

The Quad Shield™ Pest Protection System

Four zones. Total protection.

Every plan is built on the same foundation: our four-point barrier treatment. Most pests don't appear inside your house. They cross a property line, work their way to the foundation, and find a gap. Quad Shield treats all four of those zones instead of just the last one.

Quad Shield™ is a trademarked treatment system exclusive to Final Call Pest Solutions.

4
Zone 1 · 3 ft up

Foundation Zone

We treat three feet up your foundation walls — the runway ants, spiders, and crawling insects use to find cracks, weep holes, and door thresholds.

FAQs

Which plan do most homeowners choose?

Which plan do most homeowners choose? Gold. Most homes in Northern Illinois will see mice at some point, and the difference between Silver and Gold is smaller than the cost of a single rodent callout. Silver makes sense if you're in a newer, tightly sealed home with no history of rodent activity.

Is there a contract? Plans are billed monthly and are designed as ongoing protection, since pest pressure is ongoing. Ask your technician about current terms when you get your quote.

What if I see pests between scheduled visits? Call us. We come back and re-treat at no charge, for the life of your plan. That's not a promotion — it's the guarantee.

Do I need to be home? Not for exterior services. We'll notify you before we come, complete the treatment, and leave a report of what we found and what we did. Interior visits and the annual inspection are scheduled with you directly.

Are the treatments safe for kids and pets? We use targeted, low-impact products applied to the places pests travel — foundation lines, entry points, exterior perimeter — not broadcast across living space. Your technician will tell you if there's any re-entry interval for a specific application, and rodent bait is secured in tamper-resistant exterior stations.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later? Yes. If you start on Silver and mice show up in the fall, we'll move you to Gold. If you become a Fur Busters wildlife customer, you become eligible for Platinum.

How do I qualify for Platinum? Platinum is available to Fur Busters Wildlife Removal customers. If you've had wildlife exclusion work done by Fur Busters, you're eligible.

I already have a Fur Busters wildlife warranty. What does Platinum change? Your warranty renewal is included in the plan instead of billed separately, and you get an annual wildlife inspection, priority scheduling, and discounted pricing on future wildlife work on top of full Gold-level pest protection.

What if I only need one problem solved right now? Then start there. We do one-time treatments, and we won't push a plan on someone who doesn't need one. But if you've called an exterminator twice in two years, a plan costs less than the calls.

What isn't covered in your plans?

Protection plans cover the pests listed in your tier. They don't cover bed bugs, termites, or wildlife removal — those are separate services with their own treatment protocols, and no monthly plan honestly includes them.

An active, established infestation at signup may require an initial corrective treatment before the plan takes over. Your technician will tell you at the inspection if that applies, and what it costs, before any work starts.

Wildlife — anything with fur that's bigger than a mouse — goes to our sister company Fur Busters Wildlife Removal. Platinum members get preferred pricing on that work.
